About Us

National Governance Plan (NeGP) was envisioned with the ultimate objective of bringing public services closer to homes of citizens. Under National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) citizens do not have to come to government offices for many of these services. They can avail these services sitting in their offices or in the comforts of their homes. Therefore National Informatics Centre (NIC) designed and developed an aesthetic solution named as ServicePlus, a generic, configurable, open source based multi-tenancy framework.

How To Apply

A citizen can apply for a Service through following ways:
Online: A citizen can apply for a service of his/her state via online with or without registration as per the service definition.

In person: A citizen can also apply for a service either by downloading application form online and submit it at the concerned office or can take the application form directly from the office.

How to Login?

In case of already logged in user, please enter your user id and password.
In case of new users, please select new user , register here and enter the details to create the account.

Can i save my application and submit again after that ?

Yes you can save the application in middle and you can see the application in the view incomplete applications and you can proceed from their.

I do not remember my password , what should I do ?

In case you do not remember your password please click on forgot password and enter your email id and an email will be sent to you for next steps.

How do I look for Services based on my profile ?

Click on the option Citizen Section--> Check Your Entitlement available on the Homepage to open the form.

Check Your Entitlement form is displayed on the screen. When you select your profile like state, caste etc. and click on search the list of services for which you are entitled will be displayed in the list. You can view the details.

How to track applications ?

After submitting the application you will be getting an Application Reference ID which you can enter on the homepage to check the status of your application. Also SMS will be sent to you at each step of the application after submitting.

How to track my application status online?

Click on the option Citizen Section--> Track Application Status available on the Homepage to open the form.

Track Application Status form is displayed on the screen. You will notice that there are certain fields marked with * sign, which means that they are mandatory for you and required to be filled in.

Enter Application Number to tracking status of the application form. The status will be displayed.
